Community Workshop 1: Help Us Design the V.I.P Records
At our first workshop, nearly 80 community members came together to share their memories, cast their votes, and tell us what this V.I.P Records means to them. Through a budgeting activity, a collage exercise, and an open storytelling session, one thing came through loud and clear: this community has been holding onto these stories for a long time, and they are ready to see them honored. History, color, shade, and cultural pride rose to the top, and that input is now shaping the first round of design concepts.
